Welcome to Washed Grey Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store to provide blank apparel for businesses in the EU (“Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
By using our Services, you confirm that you act in a business capacity (B2B) and are authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business. You agree to provide current, accurate and complete information when placing orders.
2. Products
We specialize in blank vintage-style apparel for customization. Product descriptions and images are provided for general information only. Colors and appearance may differ due to device settings or production variations. We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only binding once confirmed by us in writing (order confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [link].
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (€) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of VAT, shipping and customs charges (if applicable). You agree to provide valid and up-to-date billing and payment information. Orders are processed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the EU. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you once goods are handed to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks and materials on our website remain the property of Washed Grey Studio or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
Our store is powered by Shopify. Any technical services provided by Shopify are governed by Shopify’s terms. Sales contracts, however, are concluded solely between you and Washed Grey Studio.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, as permitted by German law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
