Return
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The returns warehouse is located in Poland.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Log in to your account on this site:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit confirmation code provided in the email.
Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
2. Click on the order you wish to return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request a return".
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are not possible. If the size does not fit or you are not satisfied with the item, please return it and place a new order.
RETURN FEES
We do not cover return shipping costs or offer prepaid return labels. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Please contact us if you received the wrong item and not the one you ordered.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND INFORMATION - RETURN POLICY
Return Condition:
All items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
Multiple Orders:
When returning items from multiple orders, please include a separate packing slip for each order to ensure proper processing.
Return Processing Time:
Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after we receive the item.
Incorrect Address:
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
Shipping and Return Shipping:
VGS is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please retain proof of postage and/or tracking information when returning items.
Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.
